Sun of Africa Cape Red is a dry red wine which can be acquired at a fantastic price. As the name suggests, the wine originates from South Africa, where recent years have seen an ever-increasing number of good red wines. The wine is made from a number of mixed grape varieties, including Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. In terms of taste, you get a wine that is dominated by ripe summer fruits and berries. The red wine is full-bodied, but without being intense, which is mainly due to the fresh Sauvignon grapes, which create a good mix of sweetness and acidity. Sun of Africa Cape Red has plenty of character, which makes the wine an obvious companion to light and dark meat and mature cheeses. The practical 3 liter back-in-box makes it even more advantageous as an everyday wine, as the box can be easily stored without the wine losing its taste.
