Description
COLOR - Light yellow color with green shades. SCENT - Youthful, fruity scent with hints of pear, wine gum, passion fruit and lime. TASTE - Dry, very fresh wine with some sweetness. Hints of pear, pineapple, wine gum and lemon. SUITABLE - Goes well with roe, fresh shellfish and boiled or steamed fish. What these dishes have in common is that they have a certain sweetness, which is balanced by the slight residual sweetness in the wine and makes for an excellent combination.
