Description
PERNOD gets its special note from the carefully selected ingredients and a careful manufacturing process, where the anise drink is distilled instead of pressed. Not only the fine and refreshing spice aroma, which is dominated by star anise, is something quite special - also the typical amber colors of the pernod, which play in shades of gold and emerald, are unique. Mixed with water, it acquires a mysterious, opalescent sheen, the so-called "luchissement".
