The wine is a nice straw yellow in the glass with a fresh fruity scent of peach, citrus and apples. The taste is full with good fatness and a soft and balanced aftertaste.

The Cataratto grape is a specialty of Sicily. The grape gives delicious freshness to the wine. Here, the Cataratto grape interacts with the Inzolia grape, which i.a. is used in Sicily's Marsala wines and combined with the ubiquitous Chardonnay grape, the three grape types produce a wine with a nice balance.

The winemakers select the best grapes for Grande Alberone Bianco. These are soaked for six hours in the must. The must then ferments without skins in stainless steel tanks at 14°C for a few days.

Suitable as an aperitif or with dishes with fish and light meat.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
