Description
Well structured on the palate, refreshing and gently balanced acidity with a lively foam and a very attractive floral finish. A classic cava made from equal parts Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, originally from the Penedes region. A starry yellow color with gold shimmer. The medium-sized bubbles form a good foam crown. Fresh and appealing on the nose. Elegantly floral with notes of fresh apple and some discreet notes of citrus. Well structured on the palate, refreshing and gently balanced acidity with a lively foam and a very attractive floral finish. The last dosage is made from the same mixture of grapes, which have aged 12 months in chestnut casks.
