Description
After the harvest has taken place in mid-September, the grapes undergo a careful pressing followed by a slow tempered alcohol fermentation in stainless steel barrels. The wine ages for 6 months before bottling. The color is a nice straw yellow with a golden reflection. Suitable for: fish and shellfish, light meat and flavorful cheeses.
