Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet grapes are vinified and only then placed in small French barrels, where the wine rests until it is perfectly rounded and matured before being bottled. We understand that Piccini has great success with this wine. Intense, deep, complex with delicious barrel notes and an elegant and long aftertaste. Goes perfectly with game, red meat, cheeses and flavorful dishes. Serving temperature: 15-18 degrees
